I had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. The room was surprisingly spacious with stunning views of the city from the floor-to-ceiling windows. My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne was overall enjoyable with very nice views and a comfortable room, but I did encounter a few service hiccups. While my room was lovely and the amenities were great, the service at reception and during meal times fell short of what I expected from such a prestigious hotel. I loved the stunning views from the 66th floor, but some facilities, like the spa, had issues that really impacted the experience.

However, I faced issues with the check-in experience and poor water pressure in the shower that weren’t fully addressed. Overall, it was a mixed experience that didn’t quite meet the luxurious standards I had come to expect from this brand.
